These Terms govern use of Chatulah (chatulah.com), operated by Quizbiz LLC. By using the site or app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Chatulah.
Chatulah is a neighborhood-oriented product for people who care about cats: educational guides, optional community sightings, and related tools. Care guides are educational only — not veterinary advice, not legal advice, and not a substitute for a licensed professional or local animal-control guidance.
Much of the product can be used with an anonymous session cookie. You are responsible for activity under your session and for any content you post (sightings, comments, questions, memorials).
You keep ownership of content you create. You grant Chatulah a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process that content so the product can work (including community visibility of posts you mark as public). You represent that you have the rights to share what you upload.
Editorial pages such as the library and guides may show Google AdSense units. Community feed surfaces stay ad-free. Ad fill and personalization are controlled by Google under their policies.
Chatulah is provided “as is.” We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that guides will diagnose any animal’s condition. Always consult a veterinarian for health decisions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quizbiz LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Chatulah. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you paid us for Chatulah in the prior 12 months, or (b) USD $50.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above.
